On August 1st, 2007 new legislation comes into force that requires every house brought to market in England & Wales to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). It will be the culmination of years of debate over how best to tackle rising emissions from households throughout Europe.

EPC required Creative Bubbles Web Design Team to come up with a new website that showcased EPC Professionals services and allowed them to keep the site up to date.
